Prenotice: I usually don't do reviews, but I felt compelled to due to the overly-positive experience I had. I recently just bought a car from Gettel Toyota of Lakewood. Now, as everyone knows, dealerships can sometimes be the most dreadful experience when you are looking to make one of the biggest purchases in your life—but not at this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service that I received there and also the cleanliness and total presentation of the dealership. The outstanding part of my experience though and what actually brought it all together was the Sales Consultant, Casey Brucato. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle from here, please take my word for it, and ask for Casey. He was as friendly and as honest as a salesman gets and that's exactly who you would want to help you buy a car. If anyone in my family is looking to get a Toyota, we'll most definitely be going back to this dealership (which is 100+ miles away from us) just because of Casey! If anyone is wondering, I purchased a 2024 Prius Limited, which wasn't what I was at the dealership for (originally 2023 Prius XLE), but I'm glad I purchased it in the end. It had everything I would want in a vehicle, plus I'm driving off knowing I have the full warranty and no milage on the vehicle. To me, those were important trade-offs to make me buy new.

Awesome customer service and support

My wife and I have an excellent experience: Last Saturday, September/07/2024, God sent two angels to help us: Donald Holland and Alexander Batch. we are completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They helped us to find a car for my wife. They were very patient, nice, friendly and smart. Additionally, their knowledge and expertise were superb. They never showed impatience even when had to work with us until late night Saturday. I strongly recommend this dealer.

Fredy, service advisor answered all my questions clearly and concisely more than any other dealership I spoke with the same concerns.

My sales men I had the pleasure of dealing with was Chris from the start he answered all my question. I ask him about car they had listed, if it had two keys and he got my answer right way. I told him My location was Miami, that I was driving up from the next day to buy the car and I ask my if they sold the car to inform me . The next day headed out, when I got there I met Chris and he so helpful with the cars sales thank you all your help was a pleasure deal with him.

We had an amazing experience with Toyota Lakewood. We worked a lot with Samantha Howard. She was helpful and patient with many questions. We also had positive interactions with Dan L. Then were assigned to Chris C. A salesman who took over our sale. He knew a lot about the car as all the features are overwhelming to learn about. He was great! Alex stepped in last for the financing deal and like the others he was wonderful to work with as well. We came from out of state for their zero finance deal and am glad we did. Love the car and Lakewood Toyota Gettel!

We have followed the new GM Kimo from Gettel to Gettel. We have purchased our last 4 cars from him. Always has been a smooth transaction and very honest. We live in Seffner and will always travel South to purchase from him. Shannon our finance person was even able to get us a better rate based on our excellent credit with another lender by 1pt.
