I cannot say enough good things about this dealership location and our salesperson Kyle Thompson. Kyle was incredibly patient with our dozens of questions as we inspected the used car we ultimately purchased. If he didn't know an answer, he found out for us. He helped organize the required repairs and was very communicative throughout the process. He walked us through the cost sheet and helped us refine what services we actually wanted. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and if you want a salesperson who is reliable and honest, Kyle is your guy!

I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended services and costs. Explained that the update and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon.

Updated building is nice and team always does a good job to get you in and out as quick as possible. Devin O'Brian was very friendly and keeps you updated throughout the service. Easy to swing by on the way to work and not have to take a full day off like most service places.

I had an amazing experience today! From my Sales Rep Matt to the HBIC of Finance Shannon, I was treated right! Matt with the dreamy lashes answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable! Girls, hes hottttt! Shannon was so professional and honest (yes, I did say that about a car financer) from the get go! I walked on that lot just to view a 21 Highlander and I left OWNING said 21 Highlander! I am 90% sure they ONLY hire beautiful people.....yeah, Shannon gave Matt a run for his money too! But with those good looks come a damn good attitude and AWESOME customer service! I never felt like I was being sold something. They were honest, answered all my questions, and my husband's questions. The equivalent of an albino Vin Diesal even answered MORE questions!
