Eligibility Frequently Asked Questions

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • Customers must be Active First Responders at the commencement of the program period.
  • Personnel that are First Responders are eligible for this program are defined as customers active as Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff Deputies, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters (paid or volunteer), EMT/Paramedics and 911 Dispatchers.
  • Spouses of applicable active First Responders (as listed above qualify for this incentive).
  • Customers must purchase an eligible new Toyota vehicle from a participating Toyota dealership. Refer to “Participating Dealerships” and “Eligible Vehicles” above.
  • Customer must take delivery of the vehicle within the program period.

New and unused Toyota vehicles. Eligible vehicles must be purchased at a participating Toyota dealer during the Program Period. Program Period: April 1, 2021 through June 2, 2025.
